All basic and starter designs are basic and only allow 2 minor revisions after initial information and requirements are exchanged, there after it becomes a custom logo and hourly or next level pricing will apply.
Design rates are categorized by application, a business card design can not be compared to a logo design, web design or a custom design for specific use. When we design for you the design will be ready for it's specific use.

Custom Logos
ARTWORK CREATION & OWNERSHIP
All artwork created by Cedeno Graphics is the sole property of Cedeno Graphics.
If you hire us to create artwork for you, you are strictly paying for the labor and thought
process to produce the final user specific artwork file. Example: Business card layout design,
you will get a ready print file, you are not paying for the ownership and rights of the working
files and artwork involved in the process. Rights to the artwork or working files can be purchased
in addition to the creation fees.
Also if you order business card printing or any other printing services that include free or discounted
design fees it does’nt include a digital file, it only includes the product. Digital files will be extra as they
will need to be prepared for web use or any other social media or ad format.
Any artwork you submit to us for printing, that is not being created by Cedeno Graphics,
is owned by you or its rightful owner, not Cedeno Graphics. We will not reproduce your artwork,
trademarked or not, without you or the rightful owner’s consent.
Cedeno Graphics will not own your files but any modified or processed file is no longer your property,
your files will be your property as submited in the original state.
ART PREPARATION
Art not supplied in print ready format, as specified in our File Prep section, is subject to be
billed at our current rate. We will always give you an estimate before doing this work. Any art
preparation done is the property of Cedeno Graphics. For example, if you supply artwork for your order
which incurs charges for pantone color separations and process to print, you do not
own the separated art file. That separated file and it’s intellectual process is the property of
Cedeno Graphics, although the artwork itself, is still your property.
ART APPROVAL
All artwork must be approved. Upon receiving your initial proof, you will be allowed
two revisions free of charge. Any additional revisions past that point will incur an additional
Art Preparation fee to be billed at our current rate. Changes to the artwork after approving
the mock-up could push back your ship date. We will not be responsible for errors,
misspelling, or otherwise in approved digital mock-ups and artwork.
Use of Register Trademark Files
We are not liable for copyright material submitted by our customers with out rights or permission..
Customers assume responsibility and are liable for submitting the content knowingly or by ignorance or negligence.
